Lost or Delayed Packages

Chrisscentials is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier first. If you still need assistance, reach out to us and we’ll help however we can.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
