Return Eligibility
We accept returns for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Eligible cases may receive a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was:
- Damaged upon arrival
- Incorrectly sent
In those cases, we will cover the return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
