I have never had a problem. I received my oils as always. The last time order i had 3 oils broken. I didnt know if it happend on your end or on the post office in. i went to the post office to complain.
patti labelle was one of the perfume oild that was broken. black women, and angel. So with all the oild shattered, I am not sure how Patti smell, that is why I wanted to try it. I received Joop, but it had another oil in the bottle. it was mislabeled.
But all in all I love the oils that I get on a regular base.
